I have decided that for the month of December, I am going to try to not check the prices of coins at all. I am in it for the long term, but still find myself checking at least 10-20x a day, despite no current plans to buy or sell any significant portion of my small portfolio. I will still come to this sub and post on the daily (because moons), and I'm sure learn a fair amount from there, but will avoid checking prices outside of that because it stresses me out with absolutely no benefit. Based on the bipolar sentiment of this sub, I will then guess what the price of BTC, ETH, and Nano (I know it doesn't belong in this sentence, but it's my favorite project that's never going anywhere).
And even if I can't stay true to my word, at least I won't do any worse than I did in NNN.
