NY resident, how to get holdings off Binance

I was using Binance for several years, definitely has been my favorite exchange and of course the politics and greed of NY have ruined that. I got the notification several months ago to remove my coins due to my location, I kept moving them to other exchanges and my last coin was IOTA and was trying to figure out where to send them or how to create a wallet for them but the deadline had passed. So for quite some time my iota has been stuck on Binance, I can’t make any moves and no response from KuCoin. Any one have any advice or has had any similar situations and were able to move their coins off regular Binance? Really wish or hoping they’ll soon be able to do business in NY. They will definitely be my go to exchange again! Any help is greatly appreciated
