Old US Account

Hey all,

Like a lot of folks, I got into crypto a few years back when everything was on the rise, but due to personal and family related reasons have been absent for quite some time. Furthermore, I was, and still am, quite a bit of a newbie when it comes to this stuff.

Now that I have a bit more time on my hands I figured I should try and get all this stuff sorted out, as a have a decent little amount of holdings in Binance. I realize I shouldn’t have left these holdings on an exchange, but again I’m a newb. I never received an email from Binance telling me about the US cutoff and have not tried to log in in quite a while as I haven’t been actively trading. I know I should have at least checked in to see what was going on, but really had no clue that I would have issues getting into my Binance account.

I tried to reach out to customer support with no luck. I’m trying to access my account to transfer to Binance.us, Coinbase, and/or external wallets. I just want to get these holdings transferred out, but am unable to do so. Not gonna lie, but I’m a tad bit worried that these funds are lost. Any insight or suggestions into how I can successfully obtain and transfer these holdings out of Binance.com and over to other wallets would be greatly appreciated! Hoping I’m not SOL…
