I was selling my token to this buyer and she said that she have already sent in the payment, I've waited until the timer expires but I still haven't received the payment. she then said she will call her bank, I waited again for like 30mins and she said the payment has been delayed and may take up to 7 days and also there was no assurance that I will get it, she said that I may receive the funds or it will return back to her account.
She want's me to confirm the transaction she is saying that she already sent it and I will eventually receive it but she specifically said that she may get the funds back so I asked her what is my assurance that you will send me the money back if it goes back to your account? she wants me to trust her word that I will eventually get it in up to 7 days, but I just don't have the assurance for me to confirm the transaction, a lot of things can happen in that 7 days she may call her bank and ask to cancel the transaction. So I told her that we should have binance stepped into this issue. So I filed an appeal after that and attached a screenshot of my online bank not receiving anything.
My question is, how long before this kind of issue gets resolved?
am I at a disadvantage here? this buyer has a 99.77% completion rate and I'm just new in binance started in July. I'm worried that Binance sides with her because of her trading history.
