paid on the wrong network what's the solution ?

To whom it may concern,

Respected Sir/Madame,

A while ago I paid via BitBay using my Binance wallet in order to buy a game from gamivo.com.

The game costs 0.016 ETH, I made the transaction and the amount has been taken from my wallet and received to the address provided. Later when I took too long to redeem the game, it appears that I paid on the wrong network (BEP20) which dose not support ETH.

I have been contacting gamivo.com as well as BitBay, but they both can do nothing about it and directed me to you.

I have proof of everything, and I really need my ETH back, please take my situation into consideration and guide me as soon as possible. I have been trying to contact the support team on twitter but sadly no one responded, I still have faith in the reddit communication platform.
