Prediction market timestamp

Hi r/ethereum,

I wonder if you know of a project which will allow bets to be done on timestamps.

For example, I bet that the first trip to mars will arrive at time 2030-01-01 at the hour 10:00 UTC. People could bet for eg 3:00, or even 2030-04-01 15:00. The ones that bet closer to the actual timestamp (eg 2030-01-05 2:00) will end up pocketing more of the bet pool.

The market would be called “When will humans first arrive on mars?”
