Pretty sure crypto.com is currently getting hit again... DO NOT DEPOSIT TO THEM RIGHT NOW

So I’ll start by saying that I am totally assuming here. No real evidence. Just a gut feeling and hunch.

But I made two deposits from wax to crypto.com two days ago. Executed immediately, posted and now irreversible.

CRO’s customer support team is literal bs. The worst I have ever seen. I reached out the following morning when my deposits still hadn’t arrived. The lady asked for my tx number. Gave it to her and she said she would have a “specialist” reach out in a couple hours to solve the issue.

Got off work. Nothing. Went back and asked for an update. The guy answering this time was an idiot. He asked why I was contacting them and I asked he if didn’t already see the pending issue and prior notes. He said he did... including the screenshot of the tx with address and memo and such from the bloks...

Then he asked me why I didn’t fill out the memo and said that’s why the deposit is missing. I responded by saying “your freaking kidding me. It’s literally right in the middle of the screenshot”... he tried to then tell me Wax transaction. Sometimes take days to clear “total bs. Literally takes seconds. Freaking nimrod”. I got real pissed and asked to talk to someone who knows more about blockchain than he does as he obviously has no idea what he was talking about.

He then backpedaled and said he found all the info but wanted me to send all the screenshots again? Plus a screen shot of my CRO wallet wax receive address in app?

Anyways after this, I said I want an answer. Where is my money?

He said his team is actively working out it and will be in contact soon and then sent fifty messages saying sorry.

Midnight. Nothing. Reach back out. Nothing til 6am back. Random generic message from random rep saying “we are experiencing high volume but you issue is still being checked on”

Just now I’m talking to my sixth rep. Same bs.

I literally have zero answer to where my money went. I have proof that crypto.com recieved it. And proof the address and memo is right. But they refuse to credit me.

I think they are getting attacked again is why. If you look up their wax account on bloks there is a crap ton of incoming and very few and random outgoing.
