Proof of address but I live in an unrecognized state (North Cyprus).

I am currently registered as a citizen of Republic of Cyprus (ROC). I have not yet submitted a proof of address. I live in North Cyprus (Unrecognized Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus). Recently Binance started asking for proof of address for EU citizens. I will not be able to trade if I don't provide this. So here starts the problem: Does Binance consider North Cyprus as a Part of ROC? Or is it considered a third party since we are not subject to EU laws and taxes? I am afraid to submit any documents before I am sure since my account could get suspended due to supposed suspicious activity.

I also hold a Turkish Passport so another avenue for me could be to change my citizenship status on Binance (Is that even possible?). But I would not be able to provide a proof of address in Turkey.

Any help would be appreciated.
