Proposal to include posts removed for being about coins which already have the max no of posts, for moons distribution

As of the last snapshot due to this proposal all removed posts will be disqualified from moons distribution this includes posts removed for being about coins which already have the max no of posts decided by this proposal

this was done to discourage breaking of rules. which it does so wonderfully.

I propose that post being removed because of max posts being already present should be allowed for moons distribution because:

• it is unreasonable to check the amount of posts for a particular coin in the top 50 before posting.
• the post is not removed until it reaches the top 50 which might take upto 5 hours, by which people have spent too much time and energy on that post(replying to comments, awarding ,etc)
• it is unjust to see that a post which is potentially better than the one in top 50 being removed just because it was posted late.
• by the time it is removed it would have already gained around a 100 upvotes(to reach the top 50) which makes up for a lot of moons and seeing it being removed that late just feels very bad
