Based on the announcement, after tomorrow all EU folks will pay fees when topping up their accounts with credit/debit cards. This is especially bad considering that all (free) SEPA deposits are currently blocked across Europe. Hopefully Binance extends the date but, for now, take advantage of this while you can!
