Something I've been struggling with in terms of the move towards proof of stake... if so much PoW hadn't gone into establishing the "value" of the network, would we ever have been able to feasibly move to PoS? Like how would you start a PoS network from scratch without having any PoW to get it off the ground? What am I missing here
