Question about using Binance strictly for receiving payment from the US

I'm a digital artist, and I used to be just lately approached by an artwork curator who would really like me to do commissions for her on an ad-hoc foundation. She stated she solely pays in Bitcoin, and that I would wish a Binance account to simply accept cost for work. She says she is predicated in Florida. I'm situated in the UK. She appears legit, but then, she approached me on Instagram, which is rife with scammers and bots.

I have literally no experience in Bitcoin or NFT, any of that type of business. I am also conscious that there are regulatory issues with the UK relating to Binance.

My question is, are there issues with accepting Bitcoin cost by way of Binance from the US to the UK, and would I simply have the ability to transfer my money from my Binance pockets to my financial institution right here in the UK?

Additionally, are there any recognized scams where individuals use Binance for fraudulent functions?
