I know there are many threads about this, but I felt I needed to make some noise as well.
I've been trying to use the Rinkeby faucet for weeks now, and I haven't been able to get any eth at all. And this being a private network (as I understand) there is no way to mine, so there is basically no way to get test Ethereum.
Who's in charge of this? Anything that can be done about it? Is it expensive to run this service, or exceedingly complicated? Any way to open this to the public, so that it can resume operations again?
