Safemoon and Co. are losing the class action lawsuit.

Even if legal entities are snowed under and unable to look at clear and obvious fraud and theft in the crypto space, I’m glad that users can at least find recourse by taking matters to Civil court.

In February 2022, a group of disillusioned investors took Safemoon to court alleging pump and dump tactics. Not only Safemoon, but also influencers and social media giants such as Jake Paul, Ben Phillips, Keemstar, Soulja Boy etc. basically the who’s-who of shitty entitled dirtbags that are rotting the brains of their audiences.

Two months ago, after over a year of battling and countless lawyers hired, Safemoon attempted to settle the class action suit but their settlement was rejected by the plaintiffs (the group of individuals and lawyers going after Safemoon). It is speculated that CEO John is running low on cash, further corroborated by an inside rogue employee who has confirmed Safemoon has cash flow issues.

Two weeks ago Jake Paul and his lawyers filed a settlement which the plaintiffs agreed, and on the 9th May Keemstar has filed a settlement too.

We’re unable to see the settlement amounts, but after a year of fighting in court it looks like three of the defendants are ready to throw in the towel, except Safemoon won’t be getting off lightly.

As for who is next, I speculate on Ben Phillips buckling next. The good thing is that thanks to the blockchain, and thanks to these doofuses willingly sharing their wallet addresses online, the plaintiffs have an accurate map of the defendants receiving undisclosed payments to shill the shittiest shitcoin. What a beautiful use of the blockchain!
