If you don't already know what moons are, they are governance tokens used in r/CryptoCurrency and are awarded based on participation in this sub. I saw a request in another thread where a user wanted to see the moons awarded in this round vs amount of moons users have in their vault. I created a quick scatter chart to plot this information in both standard scale and logarithmic scale. For the standard scale, a few data points were removed to improve readability. X-Axis: Moons in vault at time of post Y-Axis: Normalized karma for round 37 (2023-02-15 to 2023-03-14) You can also access the interactive versions of the charts here: moonvault.lol Something to note is that the charts shows the normalized karma (to 99.9th percentile) that is used for awarding moons at a ratio of 0.74 this round. Fun fact #1: The largest holders of moons in their vaults are not among the top karma gainers for this round. Fun fact #2: Since this is a snapshot of moons in vault at the time of this post, if you see a user with very few moons in vault but a large amount of karma in the last round, that means they transferred / sold their moons after the distribution.
