I sent two BTC transaction today from the same wallet 64ef52a763141b8bc99e86e989d9f710e0f795a589bcec4db7a6fe324cbe1060,

The first one 64ef52... went through no problems at all. The second one looks to be invalid. After further review it looks like the first transaction 64ef52... was combined with the second transaction 93561e... and now it is not sending. I have never had this issue ever and don't understand why it happened or how to fix it if possible. The two transactions were to two different wallets and had no association with the other. Can you please explain to me why this happened and am I just out of my money? or what can I do to fix this?
