send MATIC with BSC network to Metamask

as the subtitle says I send a matic on bsc network to metamask and now I have matic tokens on that network but I can't get them back because I don't have bnb on that network ​​( 0.3 usd something like that) for gass fees and in order to send bnb to that wallet ​​I need to upload minimal $ 50 which I don't have ... my question is is there any other way to send a smaller amount of bnb tokens to that metamask wallet ? or any other way to transfer matic from bsc network to polygon network . sry no good english
