Shitty CS from Binance

Hi, I have made P2P trade at Binance, as the binance wrote my bank account number false in my account. the buyer can not transfer the money. for some reason, I changed my mind to sell my coin. because the buyer is so bully in the communication, I have explained that to the CS and asked them to help me, so I should refund the amount of money to the buyer to close the order.
so its about a month the issue can not be solved on Binance CS, cause Buyer did not agree with that. and the CS did not respond to the problem. Just try other Crypto exchange. Binance is very good at first when you are try to send a money and buy something. but if you have problem you can forget about your coin or money.
