I have some experience within investing, but I'm definitely not an expert, I have tried a lot of different ways tho. I started "normal" with stocks, my favorite being Boeing Company. Then I changed paths and went into the more risky types of investing, like crypto and NFT's. These have been treating me fairly well, even better than my stocks. I also tried some unconventional investing methods like buying game skins and holding them into lockers (I still own these lol). I'm just trying to say that I have a fair bit of experience.
You are probably asking yourself why I am telling you all about this. I overheard a conversation that my sister had with her boyfriend about wanting to start investing. They don't have any experience, and they are trying to invest through a bank ( I strongly disagree with this). The thing is, no one in my family knows about my investing habits and I try to keep this a secret. I'm now stuck with the dillema of revealing this to my sister in order to give her my advice about stocks and possibly crypto (of course I will tell her about the risks) or just keeping my mouth shut and seeing her make mistakes that could have been avoided. I don't know what to do, I don't want my sister to lose all her money because I toldd her to start investing into crypto.
If you have any personal experience with this, and you could give some advice. I would highly appreciate it.
