I started off with Coinbase then I used Bittrex back in the day. After that it was Binance then Coinbase Pro. Finally I tried Kraken.
Every exchange I’ve used, I’ve had a problem come up. The only one who ever responded and resolved the problem? Kraken.
It wasn’t just a fluke either. Their replies when solving the problem were within the hour.
I cannot recommend them enough. Leave Binance. Leave Coinbase. Definitely leave Robinhood. The grass really is greener over here. These guys are amazing and I will happily shill them until the cows come home.
