Hello, So as the title says, I have encountered with a major issue for the first time and at the beginning I though, well it's going to be resolved just as fast as my other smaller issue. But no, it is not and the whole issue just makes me ask more questions. A few days ago I transferred some crypto to another account. Everything was normal, from Spot account to Pay and from there to another person. But, throughout my transfer from Spot to Pay, my BTC was simply lost. It did not appear on my Pay wallet, but it was there in wallet transfer history. How is that even possible? I am dealing with my own wallet transfers and somehow crypto is lost in between? Where is the crypto located in the first place then? It is not all. I was also transferring Zil and it seemed to be ok. But when I sent Zil to another person, Zil did not disappear from my Pay wallet, while the transaction history was also there (the person i was sending crypto to has received it as well). With that Zil, that is left in my Pay account for some reason, I can't do anything. I can't send it and I do not want to put it back into may Spot account in order to avoid more problems. To conclude, I have transferred Zil and BTC from Spot to Pay wallet. BTC was lost, Zil was doubled. What the heck? I am speaking to support for days now and they do not update me on my issue nor do anything to solve the problem. All they do is asking if it is still present. Case ID #73137975 [link] [comments] |
