Spoiler: You don’t.

If this cycle has taught you ANYTHING it should be that past performance is not always gonna predict future performance.

Yeah 2013 and 2017 saw way frothier peaks.

Now the same people who see that we may not have as frothy of a peak before the next halving cycle just assume we’ll be in a 2 year major downturn…based on…yep, again… the last two halving cycles’ performance.

You nor anyone else doesn’t know what the next 2 yrs will bring.

My personal belief is that we will have lesser volatility, and hence not as severe or prolonged of a downturn, but who really knows.
