Strike VS Non-KYC DEXs

I’ve been thinking to start doing my DCA with a decentralised non-kyc exchange such as Bisq or RoboSats. But now that I’m in the US I’m able to use Strike for daily or even hourly DCA. My question is which of these 3 strategies is the best one?

1) Deposit fiat manually and use Strike’s hourly DCA, then use Sparrow Wallet’s (SW) coinjoin before transferring to my cold storage

2) Use the “get paid in bitcoin” feature by getting a percentage of my direct deposits as BTC and then do SW coinjoin and transfer it to cold storage

3) Just DCA at these non-kyc exchanges paying a premium and sending it directly to cold storage?
