Tax Report API and Personal Verification

Help: I’m in Canada and I’m trying to export my API for my taxes by clicking “Create Tax Report API” but I get “Personal account need to complete the intermediate and above KYC first….” I tried to verify a few weeks ago and the verify option is now “Unavailable” and I see a note that says “Assurance Review Failed. Based on our Terms of Use and Internal Policy, these features are not available for your account”. What does that mean and how can I use Binance.com again and more importantly how can I export my API? Thanks.
