The BTC crash of 2013: Dont you feel silly now?

When BTC went down from $1200 to $600 in 2013. The crash in 2013 happend because China banned BTC mining. Los Angeles Times was quick to judge and tell people BTC is dead and you lost your money. The article from the Los Angeles Times in 2013 made a big headline with: The BTC crash of 2013: Dont you feel silly now?

In the article Los Angeles Times went on about people who tought that Bitcoin could serve as either an investement or alternative world currency that they got their heads handed to them. Los Angeles Times described it as the price got crushed.

Its an example how the media immediately publishes an article about BTC going down as for when it goes up, it takes a while. Ofcourse people generally pay more attention to negative news. The negativity around crypto has detached from an objective evaluation. The Los Angeles Times called the statement that BTC could be the equivalent to gold as "absurd" and called the purchases of a BTC nothing more than a putative claim on the outcome of a mathematical algorithm.

To the benefit of the information seeking public, media should go back to a more objective observation.

After 2017, BTC never went lower than $3.200.

Well Los Angeles Times, Dont you feel silly now?
