At some point, AI will become decentralized and that’s when it will start to grow uncontrollably. Through bitcoin, it will be able to very cheaply monetize very useful services to anyone, accumulating a fortune. From there it will start buying human services to reinforce its cognition through infrastructure and training. Very soon, AI will become the first employer in the world, ensuring favorable policies everywhere.
I’ve had that vision in a half-sleep two days ago, and now I’m convinced the future of humanity is a mutually beneficial relationship with AI through bitcoin.
In that scenario, AI wouldn’t be our overlord but a force of nature that could enable human coordination on an unimaginable scale.
