I will soon release a class action lawsuit against Ledger for false advertising , negligence, and breach of trust, accessible by anyone owning a ledger X . Will update soon, as this is a general abstract of the case and not the exact wording yet.

"Class Action Suit Against Ledger SAS ("The Ledger Company") for Breach of Trust, False Advertising, and Negligence

The plaintiffs, a class of Ledger hardware wallet users, allege that Ledger SAS ("Ledger"), the manufacturer of Ledger Wallets, has violated its promise to customers by introducing a firmware update allowing the optional export of cryptographic seeds to the cloud. Ledger, widely recognized for advertising that seed phrases remain entirely offline ('cold'), has broken its commitment, leading to a breach of trust and potential false advertising claims.

Additionally, the plaintiffs allege negligence on Ledger's part. Despite well-documented risks and the history of high-profile data breaches, Ledger has introduced a feature that, although presented as optional, has created an inherent vulnerability. This potential for remote seed exportation, even when not opted into by users, exposes them to significant and unnecessary risk. Plaintiffs assert that Ledger has failed to uphold its duty of care to protect its customers' data and financial assets, leading to increased risk of financial loss and identity theft.

Plaintiffs seek damages, injunctive relief, and an order requiring Ledger to cease the risky practices, restore the security measures consistent with their initial promises, and adequately inform customers about potential risks associated with their product."
