Think about it. If Ripple wins, nobody will give a poop what the SEC has to say anymore (regarding "unregistered securities" in particular). It will set a massive precedent and their lawsuits would feel way less significant. Just like the Ripple case, all these cases will likely drag on for years and if Ripple were to beat the SEC, those currently being sued will like their chances to do the same; that is prove these assets are not securities.
In the case of a Ripple win, investors will also likely be a lot less afraid to continue investing in the 15 or so assets (and similar assets) that were listed as securities in those lawsuits. So much hinges on the outcome of this case. Go Ripple!
