The US Chamber standing behind Crypto and attacking the SEC is a much bigger and important deal than many realise.

Just this week we had reports coming in of he The U.S Chamber of Commerce releasing a statement in which they did not only back Crypto, but even openly attacked the SEC and said that their actions were outright “unlawful“ for the digital assets market. This statement was even filed FOR the Coinbase v SEC case, which gives it even legal importance.

The US Chamber is not only big in the digital sector but even has many many connections all over the whole industry of the US, their word is at least just as important as the word from the SEC. Especially their words will be used by the Court for the Coinbase v SEC lawsuit and their words will surely be given a lot of importance.

The best part of their statement, which immediately kills the SEC is: “As it stands today, nobody knows for certain which digital assets, if any, are securities under federal law.“, that just says it all and how the SEC just does not have their own law on their side during this case or most of their lawsuits against Crypto.

Such a prestige organisation as the US Chamber of Commerce supporting Crypto, will be a major advantage that many crypto companies can use on many of their unlawful lawsuits against them. Good to see that Crypto has also allies.
