Ticket response time

This is my first venture into cryptocurrency and I made some decent progress.

My problem is - I sent over $2000.00 to Binance through Trust Wallet and put in an incorrect Memo # (my mistake).

I opened a ticket yesterday and also attempted the chat - which is not a live agent but a bot pretty much doing the same as a ticket.

The chat and ticket process indicate a rep will get back to me shortly... so I am asking the experienced /r/binance community- what should I expect? and is there anything I can do to help recover my funds?
