To stack more sats, is $3k USD per year on food too much?

Been trying to stack as many sats as possible and wanted to ask if my food strategy is worth while.

I recorded my food expenses for the past 12 months and I've spent about $2500 USD on food to keep living.

I give myself an allowance of $20 per day on food, which is $7300 a year, but I never come anywhere close to this usually. Maybe if it's a special occasion, but that's probably like 5 times a year.

Typically, I spend $20 on food and I end up eating half today and saving the other half for tomorrow. So my typical food rate is $10/day or $3650/year.

Many times, however, the food will last more than 2 days. It often can last 3 days. Which is why I ended up around $2500/year on food the past year.

I don't mind spending money on food because I think per hour of life, it is worth it because:

cooking and cleaning takes an extra hour and you only save what? $8 per meal? So if you spend an extra hour to save $8, you worked for only $8 an hour right? Wouldn't you just be better off clocking in an extra hour of work and using the money to buy food? In that scenario, you have a full stomach, more time, and more money.

Should I be spending less on food? What do you think?
