To UK Binance users, do not leave Binance for Kucoin if you currently hold Shiba Inu Tokens. Just stay on binance

I actually started an account with Kucoin before I joined Binance. That's the first company I was recommended to buy Shiba Inu tokens from. Before I registered the first thing I noticed was there is no information about this company regarding their location. No office address, or contact numbers and most importantly no bank account information to deposit money into. Binance, Kraken and Coinbase all have this information except for Kucoin.

In hindsight I should have realised something was wrong but I was in a rush to buy Shiba tokens before the price increased and Kucoin was the only place that sold Shib tokens at that time, so it was suggested that I send money converted into XLM from my Kraken account into my Kucoin account to buy the Shib tokens which I immediately did.

I sent a lot of money and realised that after a few hours it wasn't deposited into my Kucoin account. I contacted Kucoin customer service and filled out the query form regarding my money not being deposited and still I had no response after a week of trying. Basically it took me over a month to get this issue sorted out and I literally had to contact Kucoin on every single social media account that they owned to get my money back and I wasn't the only person complaining about this

When I eventually got through to customer service they told me that their average customer service response time is over a week. They said it as if I should have known even though it clearly states on their website that it's 24/7. I currently know a number of people who've been waiting months for their money to be deposited (I met them all on different social media accounts complaining about Kucoin).

Ultimately it's your choice if you decide to use Kucoin, but I'd highly suggest that you don't. If you decide to, do the following things: 1)Look for a company, address and phone number. Someone tell me where Kucoin is actually based. I asked their customer service department and they flat out wouldn't tell me. 2)Test their customer service "live" chat. You don't have to be registered with Kucoin to do this. Tell me how long it took them to respond to you. How long were you waiting for if they didn't? 3)If you decide to use Kucoin try to deposit a small amount of money or crypto to Kucoin to see how long it takes to arrive.
