Trying to order a Binance VISA card, name displayed incorrectly on card.

So, I wanted to get a Binance VISA card, however when I got to the page for choosing how my name is displayed, it's missing a letter on my last name because it's too long basically.

I contacted live chat, and I ended up being asked to fill out the form for name correction, to include a shorter name, which I was skeptical of as it doesn't really make sense as it wants my full name as written on my ID document. But I did go through with the form anyways and explained the additional info box why I was sending in the form with a case ID for my livechat ticket attached also.

Now I wanted to come on here and ask if anybody with a binance visa has been in a similar situation before and what their solution ended up being, I am worried that the live chat agent was just inexperience with the process for this and sent me to the wrong place (name correction formula)
