Unable to move coin for 60 days?

Hello all, I just recently got involved in buying some crypto (BTC, ETH and SOL),through Coinbase and had moved some to a Coinbase hot wallet while leaving most on the exchange. It's only been about 4 weeks total since I started this. I recently received my Tangem hard wallet and was successful in moving my ETH and some BTC to the wallet, as I was told to do small transactions first to make sure all went well. And that did. However, I went to move about $300 of SOL to my hard wallet and it's showing as "Pending" for the last two days. That was from my Coinbase hot wallet. Also I went to move $2,000 of BTC off the exchange into my new hard wallet and it keeps giving me an error message and it won't complete the transaction. After several tries it says for my protection and out of caution, my funds are "safe" but I cannot move anything for 60 days. I wasn't prepared for this. Coinbase automated bot says I'm just on hold for 60 days. Is this something I need to be really concerned about? Kinda misses me off that I can't move my coin. Any suggestions appreciated.
