USA: Taxes - Where to see the Moons history

Hi,

So I have never purchased moons, only got them through distribution, and I have never touched them.

Now, to report them to the IRS overlord, I need to provide:

• Date of deposit
• Amount
• Value of token at the date of the deposit

The vault is gone, with the history, where do I find it?

Do I need to import moons to a wallet, so I can see it?

I have a software, that I can't name it, doing all the paperwork, I just need to import the .csv. What a pain in the behind.
