USDT sent to incorrect ERC20 address... how can I retrieve?

So hoping to get responses from those with way more knowledge than me... so mistakenly (3) separate transactions of USDT were sent to a wallet address that is exactly the same as mine with the addition of just a single letter. I have no clue but I would assume this wallet is controlled by the same exchange that controls mine right? I did check on the blockchain and all 3 transactions do show up for that wallet and just those 3 only and no other activity. Well actually they come up as token transfers not transactions but none the less they are there so does anyone have any advice for me?
