want to deposit euro with my debit card and it says „there was a problem processing this payment. double check the card details and try again.“

hi everyone. i wanted to deposit money with my debit card and it gives me this issue u can read in the headline. it confuses me because this isn‘t the first time i want to deposit money. the last few times i did it it worked without any problems (the last time was on nov the 2nd 2021) but the last days i tried it it always didn‘t work. i have gold master card and i‘m from germany (sparkasse). maybe if someone from the same bank and same debit card could tell me if they had issues recently. it would be nice. any other help would be useful. is there a way i could contact binance directly?
