We Need To Make Several US States Crypto Sanctuary States

I believe the time has come to nullify everything and take everything to court that can be done to hyper legislate, hyper litigate, and pass state laws in favor of what is best for the best and brightest founders and users to use crypto without the sadistic anti freedom the laws the SEC & CFTC love so much. Let's be honest, fighting and winning against them at the federal level is insanely hard and not guaranteed.

Over the last 20 years, more cities and states have become sanctuary zones for divergent laws from the federal government. They're doing it with numerous highly politically charged issues. One strong example is Oregon legalizing hard drugs despite the Dea, granted it doesn't legalize trafficking, it's extreme decriminalization against the federal government. If they can do that, we should be able to trade a freaking erc-20 token on leverage.
