Weird wallets

I was on poocoin site to watch buy and sell orders come in and whenever I see a whale size purchase buy into a small cap coin I’ll look up their wallet to see what other small cap coins they hold. Every time I do this I notice these wallets always seem to have THOUSANDS of different small cap coins with super high volume but they don’t even register a dollar value, I’m guessing it’s because their market caps are so small that bscscan doesn’t register it. Another weird thing is that the transaction history is thousands and thousands of transactions all done seconds apart. I guess my question is what the hell is going on with these wallets? I’ve come across several of them and it doesn’t even seem human. Any ideas?
