I just transfered from my spot wallet 5 euros to my card, the amount of euro was 5 but the value was 4.98, I transfered another 5 to make it a 10, but my total value was 9.96.. why are 2 cents disappearing when I transfer from spot wallet to binance card (funding wallet)?
