What positive lessons have you learned in the last months or years that you would like new crypto investors to know about?

Personally, it's obvious but I've learned to not worry about the price so much these days. I used to check my phone every hour and I now realize the stress it put on me. If you can learn to ignore the price and see the value for what the technology is, I feel like you'll have a clearer head space moving forward.
