What the hell is wrong with Coinbase Wallet and the entire Ethereum network?!

For some dumbass reason, I decided to download Coinbase Wallet to get a feel for it. Something new, you know?

So my degenerate ass deposits $500 worth of Tether so I can fuck around and buy some shitcoins. Just a little irresponsible speculation. Nothing crazy. But do you know what I need to buy a shitcoin with my Tether? I need ETH in my wallet to cover the fees. Didn’t know that. Ok cool. I give up. I say “fuck it” and try to send my Tether to KuCoin so I can buy the shitcoin there.

Sounds like a reasonable plan right? No way bitches. I can’t send Tether to an exchange without ETH in my wallet to cover the fees. Ok ok. You got me by the balls. My fault. I give up. So naturally I try to buy a little ETH with my Tether so I can have it for… you know… the fees.

Well guess what motha fucka’s?! I can’t buy ETH until I get a little (you guessed it!!) ETH to cover the FUCKING FEES!

What the fuck is this world coming to??

I’m no maxi but my ass is sticking with BTC.

EDIT: ok ok. Some context. I’ve been buying crypto for 6 years. Since people on here were saying “Walton chain to the moon!”. Which is not a weird attempt at flexing. Merely to say I’m not new. The point of the post was the amusement at the death circle of not being able to pay fees without ETH. And at the same time not being able to buy ETH with the on-ramp product that Coinbase offers to pay said fees. Yes, I know I can send fiat purchased ETH from my exchange to my wallet and use it for the fees. That’s really not the point. The point is: you all can continue to make fun of me. It’s all in good fun. But how the fuck do we expect this to go mainstream?
