Where to exchange not using plaid

My banking info was deleted from coinbase and they want me to use plaid. My bank that I've been with for 50 years refuses to work with plaid. They told me that plaid wants my login credentials and they then have access to view all of my four accounts. My bank says if I give out my personal info to third parties they won't support me any more.

What other options are out there to transfer money and crypto with out using third party scams?

Should I go to a different bank and open a specific crypto account?
My banks says no matter how many accounts I have with then they are all linked to one login and plaid then has access to any accounts I have with them. Way to much risk.
