Whitelist add

Hello everyone,

I hope you can help me with this issue: i am trying to create a new XRP address in my whitelist so that i can send some coins onto my Ledger. For some reason, after i named it and put the right address (checked multiple times), the system says something like "the withdraw net is not available..." (sorry, the translation is loose from Italian). I was wondering: is this a momentary fault or am i doing anything wrong?

P.s: i learnt i MUST NOT insert any tag since the Ledger is mine, is this correct too?
