Why is Binance this dysfunctional?

I've made two accounts so far trying to make an account and both of them are saying unable to verify IP. I'm from the US so if it needs verification it's not like I can use a VPN for binance.com. I am not one of the states restricted as well.

I emailed them on the second of October with verification and still have had no response.

I mean is there any ways to get BNB without Binance? I've never had customer support ever in my life take this long to for a response. It just seems like my emails got buried. I don't understand how a big platform like this doesn't have a customer service number.
