Withdraw says my card is from a not suported country but it is from a supported country

As i go to withdraw FIAT, it says that my card isnt from a supported country but portugal is a suported country. i have multiple bank accounts and cards all from portugal and none of them work. Anyone else have this issue? I also cannot find a way to contact binance support line. edit: read somewhere online that euro withdraws are only possible with visa cards? will try to test it when i get the chance to open an account.
