Withdrawl temporarily disabled due to risk control

Hello,

My binance account has been suspended from withdrawl due to risk control without giving me any clear answers.

I contacted the support team 4 times, sent them all the videos, transactions, deposits and everything as required.

After few days they tell me that I was reported by a user that I was attempting a fraud in P2P.

However, as a buyer in my current p2p transaction, I didnt violate any regulations (I transfered the correct amount of money, on-time, the sellers confirmed and released the money) as usual and these transactions were successful. Now they say that they can not help me and will disable my withdrawl function forever.

I sent my receipt and my p2p transactions and received no clear response or actions for days.

This is really frustating and all I did was buying bnb to transfer to my metamask wallet. Need some advices from you guys.
