So I opened an account with a new crypto exchange in attempt to receive a bonus. I went ahead and made my required crypto deposit using my XLM coins as I usually do. For some unknown reason they couldn’t complete my KYC and terminated my access to the wallet. So back and forth in emails requesting my XLM coins back.
I finally received my coins but I really don’t understand why or how they did it, but the XLM coins are now on the BNB Smartchain network and won’t let me use them for anything. Is there any way I can fix it ? Or is it just back to emailing them to fix it?
