Some dude named Taj online decides to drop some NFT collection called Capsule Creatures. The website has some stupid backstory/lore behind the collection and a generic roadmap. The art is some shitty drawing of a yellow cartoon thing that kind of looks like a rabbit. There's 10,000 variations of this yellow thing. You see the project get some buzz and decide to ape. You manage to mint 3 and only spend $1000 in gas. Noobs that watched a YouTube video start fomoing in after mint. Price goes up 2-3x and you are more than content to dump 2 of your 3 for a slight profit.

You and the Capsule Creature cult go around social media shilling shamelessly. Somehow this thing gets to 1 eth. Taj announces an airdrop claim. Each NFT holder gets to mint 1 out of 4 different shitty cartoon creatures and he's also selling 10,000 more. Sweet, more people to shill.

Again the cult shills. New Creatures Coming! Moon! Noobs fomo in on 1st collection. Price goes up. If you're smart you dump yours here. Instead you're one of the dumb ones. You believe. You hold.

You start reading about how you don't actually own anything. It's just hash that points to an image. If the image goes down you lose your jpg. We're at 3eth and this is my identity now. Can't sell.

Fast forward. Somehow this stupid cartoon art continues to get shilled to a higher price. Corporations are contacting Taj. Taj is actually some weirdo who's dream is sharing Capsule Creatures lore with the world. Netflix sees the passion and signs a deal to create Taj's vision. But they don't like the name, got to change it. Capsule Monsters? No. That's taken. Pocket Monsters? Sounds stupid. Combine both words to make Pokemon. Genius.

Pokemon is now a brand and goes on to becoming the biggest IP ever. The original generic roadmap had some detail about sharing royalties with Capsule Creature holders. Taj was actually a decent human being. He set up a royalty smart contract that distributes stable coins to the wallets holding the original shitty yellow rabbit cartoon. Max Hopium.
