I know, CB sucks, I know you know, you know I know. I use CB for the debit card, but it was just compromised and guess how easy it is to get in touch with customer service? Nigh impossible! Literally one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Basically not even worth it and I'd rather take the loss than deal with the bullshit.
For comparison, I had a transaction issue on Kraken once, talked to a real human person! same day! issue fixed. Another comparison, had a capital one card hacked, same day card locked, refunded no problem, new card.
I just don't understand how they can have a multi-billion dollar company that operates with such incompetence. I hope your stock fails CB, crash and burn you dumpster fire of a platform.
